The region
Calabria is the extreme south-western
region of Italy, washed by the Tyrrhenian sea and the Ionian sea.
It is essentially a mountainous region with the Apennine ridge
spanning the county lengthwise.
With miles of unspoiled coastline,
wild forests and breathtaking mountain views, this area has all the
character of a truly beautiful country.
