About us

Riviera Italia Property Service is a family business and a co-operative with Italian Estate agents in the Riviera Dei Cedri region of Calabria in southern Italy.  The company was set up after one of the founders bought property in the area and paid a quarter of what would have been paid if bought in the UK.  After extensive research it was realized that this area of Italy is a huge untapped market, however due to the British public's lack of knowledge on buying in Italy, and the language barrier, it was deemed a useful enterprise to undertake.  The company can offer years of property sales experience both in the UK and abroad, and, both the UK and the Italian side of the business have bi-lingual staff that can help make the buying process less hazardous than buying in other countries where the legal or political situation may be less stable.

We can offer information and experience on many aspects of owning and living in Italy, from the food to the places you visit.  The ethos is to 'hold the customers hand from the beginning of the process to the end'.  Although the UK side of the business is mainly internet based, we will be glad to talk things over on the phone or, if possible, in person, all calls are welcome on 07961 808 773 (mobile rates apply charged at your service supplier rates).

Also, we can not promise the sale of any particular property without a deposit being paid to the Italian Estate agent, as per Italian buying system. */** any flight prices quoted are only examples of prices that have been quoted by airlines and would either way be subject to change dependant on when the flight was booked, as carriers change their prices often no flight price quote can be guaranteed unless booked at time of quotation. With regards to hotel bookings and prices, we can only quote for accommodation, we do not accept any payment in the UK for hotel accommodation, this must be paid directly to the hotels in Italy, we accept no responsibility for any events that happen within the hotel, this includes loss of belongings or standards below that of what was expected. We will provide minimum 3 star accommodation which may be better or worse than expected 3 star accommodation in the UK. Any grievance should be reported immediately to us and we will endeavour to help in any way possible.
